What this page covers

This notice covers the data we collect when you visit flowapollo.com and submit the roleplay-demo form. The demo SMS conversation, the structured summary email, and any related marketing follow-up are all within scope.

Information we collect from the demo form

• First name and law firm name
• Your role at the firm
• Your practice area (optional)
• Work email and mobile number
• Your IP address and user-agent (security and rate-limiting)
• The SMS messages you exchange with the demo persona

How we use it

• To run the roleplay demo SMS conversation
• To email you the post-demo summary deliverable
• To improve the AI agent that powers the demo
• To follow up with sales material if your form indicates interest
• To meet legal obligations (TCPA / CCPA / UK GDPR record-keeping)

Processors we use

• Supabase (database — US East region)
• Twilio (SMS delivery)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Anthropic (LLM for the AI intake conversation and summary generation)
• Cloudflare (Turnstile anti-bot)
• Vercel (site hosting)

Retention

Demo session data — conversation transcripts and structured intake summaries — is retained for 24 months from creation, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. IP/UA logs are retained for 90 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Under CCPA (if you are a California resident) you have the rights to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).

TCPA consent and SMS

Demo SMS is only sent after you check the consent box on the form. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Standard messaging rates may apply on your mobile plan.

This is a draft notice for an MVP demo. Before public launch it should be reviewed by counsel familiar with US TCPA / CCPA and UK GDPR.
