Who we are

FlowApollo is operated by AGENT X LABS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Companies House no. 17105341), with registered office at F3 Bench, 22 Kings Bench Street, London, SE1 0QX, United Kingdom. FlowApollo sells AI-powered SMS lead intake to law firms in the United States. Our clients and prospects are US law firms; this notice is written for that audience.

What this page covers

This notice covers the personal data we collect across flowapollo.com — the interactive roleplay demo, the intake-audit request form, the consultation booking form, the lead-magnet guide downloads and their follow-up emails, and our cold outreach. The demo SMS conversation, the structured summary email, and any related marketing follow-up are all within scope.

We use product and session analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it:

Analytics collection is reverse-proxied through flowapollo.com, so it is served as first-party collection from our own domain rather than loaded directly from third-party domains.

Retention

Opt-out records (SMS STOP replies and email unsubscribes) and the consent records captured when you submit a form (lead-magnet, consultation, and audit requests) are retained as compliance records — they document proof of consent and opt-out under the TCPA and CAN-SPAM, and we keep them on that basis. Other personal data — including demo transcripts and summaries, the demo SMS consent selection, and audit and consultation details — is deleted in response to an emailed request to hello@flowapollo.com, handled manually, within the timeframes required by applicable law, except for the opt-out and form-submission consent records noted above. IP and user-agent logs are kept only as long as needed for security and rate-limiting (approximately a few months) before being cleared.

Your rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. Some records — including email and SMS opt-out records and the consent records tied to our form submissions — are retained as required to document compliance with the TCPA and CAN-SPAM and are exempt from deletion on that basis. We do not sell your personal information.

As the operator is a UK company, UK GDPR applies to us, and we honor access, correction, and deletion requests on the same basis, subject to records we must retain to meet legal and compliance obligations. All requests are handled manually by our team.

TCPA consent and SMS

Demo SMS is only sent after you check the consent box on the form. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply on your mobile plan. Message frequency varies; the demo is a short, finite SMS exchange.

Marketing email and CAN-SPAM

Our marketing emails identify us and include our postal address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in every email, or manage what you receive through the email preference center linked from any of our emails (the preference link is personal to you, so it only works from an email we sent you). We honor opt-outs promptly. If you have trouble with either, email hello@flowapollo.com and we will remove you manually. Cold outreach sent from our separate sending domains honors STOP and unsubscribe requests and is added to our suppression list.
